Have you ever asked yourself
what is it that keeps families together? Or why does so and so have such a
tight knit family relationships? Well we are here to answer those exact

"Families that can have
fun together on a regular basis create an emotional “bank” of good memories and
positive feelings that can be drawn on when times are hard or when family
members are apart."
When you see a family that
has that tight knit relationship, it is because they have spent the time and
energy into it in order to have that bond. They have spent time together on a
regular basis whether that be every night or even just one night a week.
I would like to introduce something to you it
is called Family Night, which is when one night a week or month, whatever works
best for your schedule at the time, you get together as a family and spend time
laughing and having a good time. A time where you just purely have fun! Doesn't
that sound wonderful? Who wouldn't want to just take a break from the world
around them and just laugh and have
fun!
Why is it so important?
In this website, it shares a
short article about why family nights may be important. The three main reasons
why that it shares is; family nights create a strong relationship between
parents and siblings, allows better communication to be in the home, as well as
it helps children to learn by example.

Take Action
I know I have seen family nights bless my life even when it was simply just sitting around talking. Whatever it is I know it will strengthen your family and help your family to have memories that will last them a life time. This is my challenge to you, set aside time to spend as a family to bond and strengthen each other.
